EVANSVILLE - A man visiting his wife in the hospital is arrested on theft charges.
Evansville Police arrested Roger Miller Sunday at Saint Mary's.
An employee called police after they saw Miller stealing a woman's purse from the ICU waiting room.
Police say they caught him with cash, and the victim's medication.
