POSEY CO., IN - Three men were arrested Sunday afternoon and charged with burglary after neighbors witnessed two of the men leave a residence at 1610 N. Ford Rd with several items. Witness told 911 Dispatch that they saw a black 4-door vehicle drop off two men and return several minuets later to pick them up and the stolen property.
Posey County Sheriff Deputies later located the vehicle matching the description traveling eastbound on Upper Mt. Vernon Road and made a stop.
Thirty-nine-year-old David Earl Harris of Madisonville, Ky., 62-year-old Donald Lee Weir and 21-year-old Bret Wayne Weir, both of Evansville, were arrested and charged with burglary, class B felony.
All three men are currently being held on a $200,000 cash bond.
The vehicle was towed and processed at the Posey County Sheriff's Office.
