HOPKINS CO., KY - An Earlington, KY woman was flown to an Evansville hospital after driving her car off a coal tipple in Hopkins County.
The Hopkins County Sheriff's Office said 30-year-old Susan Garcia was traveling on West Kentucky Mine Road just before 8:00 p.m. Sunday when she drove her vehicle onto an old coal tipple and went off the top of it. They said Garcia's car fell several feet to the bottom of the tipple, landing on its top next to an active railroad track.
