NEWS 25 - WEHT: Evansville, Henderson, Owensboro-One Woman Killed, Two Injured in Muhlenberg County Wreck

MUHLENBERG CO., KY - Kentucky State Police said one woman was killed and two others injured in a wreck in Muhlenberg County, KY.
State Police said the accident happened just before noon Tuesday on KY 181, about two miles south of Bremen.
Troopers said 49-year-old Teresa Landrum, of Central City, KY, was driving north when her vehicle dropped off the right shoulder. They said Landrum overcorrected and lost control of her 1995 Jeep Cherokee. State Police reported the vehicle went down a steep embankment and partially overturned before crashing into a tree. They said the vehicle came to a rest on the driver's side.
Troopers said one of Landrum's passengers, 73-year-old Verna Blanchard of Pembroke Pines, Florida, was pronounced dead at the scene.
They said Landrum was flown to St. Mary's Hospital in Evansville, and her other passenger, 19-year-old Darlene Johnson, of Central City, KY, was taken to Muhlenberg Community Hospital.
