HENDERSON - The search for fugitive 44-year-old Jeffrey J. Cobb has finally ended. Cobb was arrested Tuesday evening.

Lt. Keith Barry, of the Henderson County Sheriff Department, tells us Cobb was arrested by Webster County Sheriff Deputies today when they found him in an old barn on a farm south of Sebree, near Highway 41.

Lt. Barry tells us Cobb is being transported to Henderson County Jail to be booked.

Henderson County Sheriff Deputies had originally arrested Cobb on the Friday evening of September 11th. But on the way to the jail Cobb busted out the window of the cruiser and ran, still in handcuffs into a corn field on KY-136.

Cobb's son, Jeffrey Cobb, Jr., 23, was arrested Monday evening by Henderson County Sheriff's Deputies.
