DAVIESS CO., KY - Daviess County authorities said a Kentucky man was hit by a car Monday night near Philpot, KY.
The Daviess County Sheriff's Office said 53-year-old Gregory Miller, of Leitchfield, KY, was hit by a vehicle around 7:30 p.m. while walking along KY 54. They said Miller was walking near Dawson Baptist Church when he was hit by a 2002 Ford Explorer driven by 30-year-old Kevin Lindsey of Whitesville, KY.
Deputies reported Miller was injured but did not say how severe his injuries were.
According to the press release from the Sheriff's Office, neither Miller nor Lindsey had been drinking.
