OHIO CO., KY - Kentucky State Police said they arrested a utility worker Wednesday for burglarizing a vacant home in Centertown, KY.

KSP said the owner of the vacant home on Turkey Run Lane reported some items were stolen from his property on Tuesday.

Investigators said they found a utility crew working near the crime scene, and found out that one member of the team committed the burglary.

KSP said 41-year-old James Waltrip confessed to taking things from the vacant home and led troopers to the missing items.  They said Waltrip was taken to the Daviess County Jail and is free Thursday morning on bond.
