SONORA, Ky. (AP) - Kentucky State Police are investigating an apparent murder-suicide of a couple near Elizabethtown.
According to police spokesman Steve Pavey, troopers were called to a home in Sonora to investigate a shooting Friday night.
They found the bodies of 81-year-old Stanley Blair Jr. and 67-year-old Barbara Blair.
Hardin County Chief Deputy Coroner Ken Spangenberger told The News Enterprise that an autopsy was being performed on the victim, Barbara Blair.
Police said in a release they are investigating the incident as a murder-suicide.
